Parents
If your student should get an overdue notice at home, please help them look for the book and get it back to school. If you decide the book is lost, we’d like to have you put your student to work doing odd jobs to earn the $25 fee to pay for the book ($10 for paperbacks, $5 for magazines). We hope to increase the student’s awareness of responsibility with this new policy. Thanks for your help!
Damaged Books will require a $25 payment to replace the book ($10 for paperbacks). If the damage is limited and the book is still useable, a $10 fee will be assessed ($5 for paperbacks or magazines).
All fees should be paid immediately and must be paid before report cards can be sent out. If students have outstanding overdues or fees, they may loose all library usage. If a lost book is found during the same school year, lost book fees will be refunded. Please contact the library if you should have any questions.
