Welcome to the Auburn Elementary Technology Page!

We are fortunate to have a lab full of computers, 1-2 computers in each classroom, and a full-time, certified technology specialist in our building. Preschool through 6th grade students come to the lab at least once a week for 40 minutes. The students work on a variety of programs which allow integration of technology into what they are studying in the classroom. Classroom teachers work collaboratively with the technology specialist to plan and implement quality lessons. The Auburn-Washburn School District has technology standards for each grade level, so students leave our school with a wide variety of technology skills. Fourth through sixth grade students learn to type by touch, while integrating word processing skills, through our BASI"K"S program.
